The 9th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management was held at the CSIR ICC in Pretoria, South Africa from 28-30 October 2014. Close to 200 delegates comprising academics, practitioners and scientists from 18 countries registered for the event and contributed over 130 papers and workshop sessions which presented over the three days of the congress being held at the University of Pretoria and here at the, Pretoria. This year’s congress was organised by the International Society of Engineering Asset Management (ISEAM), and jointly hosted by the Graduate School of Technology Management, University of Pretoria and the City of Tshwane.
